Before shipping the items, our dedictaed team ensures that the product is of excellent quality and without damage. In case the product recieved is damaged,  we require an opening video of the product within 24 hours of receiving the package at banawatbydewans@gmail.com
 
After receiving the request, our team will throughly anlayze it and contact the customer within 1 to 2 days. If the request is genuine, our team will arrange for the product to be returned. Upon recieving the package, we will inspect for the damage, then we'll transfer the money in the original source.
